I did it
Did my 10k at the Singapore Marathon on the 7th December 2008 to prove to myself that I could. I was >10kgs over weight around a year back and at now my optimum weight for running and exercise. After the run, I feel that I did not do enough, I needed more.
Come next year, I am planning to do a full marathon. But first I will try a half marathon.
If I can do it, so can you.
(What matters most is that you cross the finish line arms raised in victory)
