Dumplings anyone? Pt 1.
It's that time of the dumpling festival, dragon boat race blah blah blah. My father is making his fave "kan shui" dumpling and here he is cutting up his fave red bean filling.
The glutinous rice that was soaked in alkaline water and oil.
The leaves for wrapping the dumplings.
The rice once again.
The raffia string used for wrapping the dumplings.
